Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports
Ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and supplies through routine cycle counts
Maintain and update Bills of Material in coordination with engineering teams
Analyze labor hours to support production efficiency targets
Evaluate and adjust overhead rates annually, identifying under/over absorption trends
Record capital asset transactions and maintain accurate asset listings
Oversee accounts receivable, credit evaluations, and collections processes
Track and report cost-saving initiatives in procurement
Manage the accounts payable process with strong internal controls and accurate coding
Handle tax filings, including personal property and sales/use tax
Lead annual budgeting efforts in collaboration with operational leadership, providing ongoing progress updates
Maintain financial dashboards aligned with monthly reporting
Support capital expenditure projects, including internal rate of return (IRR) analysis
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or senior finance role
