This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the Class 5–8 truck industry who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the service department

Oversee budgeting, P&L reporting, and cost control

Improve service operations, customer satisfaction, and service sales

Provide leadership to technicians and service staff

Foster strong relationships with internal teams and customersCandidate:

Proven experience in the medium to heavy-duty truck industry (Class 5–8)

Past role as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor looking to move up

Strong financial and operational acumen

Excellent leadership and customer service skills Compensation:

Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000
