A Homeowners Association in Culver City is hiring a temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist for a vacation leave. This is a 2-week coverage. The Administrative Assistant will assist HOA members and tenants with administrative needs. You'll handle maintenance requests, manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, maintain records, support vendors, and assist with property management duties.
Responsibilities will include:
-Answer calls/emails, greet tenants
-Assist with data entry, filing, and office upkeep
-Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
-Coordinate vendor and maintenance services
-Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
-Handle tenant inquiries and issue resolution
The ideal candidates will have HOA or property management experience, but an experienced Receptionist will also be considered. This is a 2-week position and will be in the office Monday- Friday from 9-5PM. Pay is based on experience, $25/hr.• Previous experience in property management or working with homeowners associations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee vendor and maintenance services.
• Experience in resolving tenant or member inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
