Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Controller with 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing the full cycle of accounting operations, including transactions, costing, and financial reporting. Proven experience leading and developing teams of 3 or more is required. CPA certification is a plus. This is a fully in-office position, ideal for a motivated professional ready to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, costing, and financial statement preparation.

Lead and mentor a team of 3 or more accounting professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Continuously improve processes to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

8+ years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience managing teams of 3 or more.

Hands-on expertise in costing, transactions, and financial reporting.

CPA certification a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
