Job Description
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Leadership as well as other staff members in daily activities (e.g. filing, copying, mailing materials, data entry, and ordering supplies, etc.)
Open and distribute mail
Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls
Maintain Sign in sheets and make sure all visitors registers upon arrival
Administer Uniform program by ordering new hire uniforms and collect term employees uniforms to return to vendor
Audit Uniform Invoice for discrepancies
Update and distribute Evacuation List Monthly
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars
Preparing reports and documents as needed
Supporting staff in assigned project-based work
Order Flowers when necessary
Assist Human Resources with onboarding and recruiting
Order lunch for leadership and vendor meetings
Make Hotel and rental car business travel arrangements for employees
Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instruction
Utilize and abide by all applicable Quality Standards and OSHA requirements and safety procedures
Perform all required checks and complete documentation accurately
Perform general housekeeping functions
Perform all other work assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (fractions, percentages, ratios, & proportions)
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent written and oral communications
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attendance and appearance
EXPECTED PERFORMANCE:
Above average attendance
Works effectively in a team environment & respectful of others
Demonstrates a high degree of safety awareness & practice

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years related experience or training or combination of both
High School Diploma or GED preferred
