Operations Associate, Back-Office

Boutique Greenwich, Connecticut investment firm is hiring an Associate experienced in back-office operations. Series 7/66 license preferred. You will assist with educating advisors on investment process, process investments either directly or through a custodian, troubleshoot investment issues, support operation needs of the distribution team, and track/report investments.

Must be technically proficient, strong with database management, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with banks and advisors. Experience handling accounts and processing paperwork. Previous experience with JP Morgan or Morgan Stanley a major plus.

This is an in-office, 5 day per week position. Salary is open depending upon experience. Full benefits and great work/life balance in this successful firm!
