Kelly Mobile Services is a family-owned and operated transportation and rigging company, supporting the mobile medical industry since 1985. What we do matters! Our services directly affect patient care. Without our drivers ability to safely move mobile imaging trailers there would be many patients that never get treatment. This is a challenging but rewarding job and a great place to be apart of a team.

We are looking for an OTR driver to run 3 week trips. There is opportunity to be home sooner based on customer needs.

Job Purpose:

Transport and deliver mobile medical units to hospitals, clinics and medical office buildings by operating a tractor/trailer truck.

Duties:

Must be able to operate a Manuel transmission

Determines condition of the vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements.

Pack up interior and exterior of trailer and secure trailer prior to transport. Set up the trailer at the delivery site. (loose items, pop-outs, stairs, lift gate ETC. Trailer has to be leveled upon set up)

Delivers product or material to the destination by identifying destination; selecting route; driving the vehicle.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment supplies; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Maintains safe vehicle and conditions and protects load by complying with organization policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.

Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

Maintains records by completing driver log; obtaining shipper and receiver authorizations; filing documents.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Detailed oriented.

CDL-A License

MUST be able to pass a background check: Routes may require entry into prison facilities and/or military bases.Company Description
