Overview
We are looking for a proactive and personable Outbound Support Agent to follow up with existing customers, check in on their progress, and ensure they’re receiving the support they need. This role involves outreach—not cold sales—and is focused on customer success, retention, and service quality.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to current or recently active clients to offer support
Provide updates, answer follow-up questions, and guide next steps
Record all call activity and client notes in the CRM
Identify potential issues and escalate to the appropriate team
Deliver a helpful, solution-focused experience on every call
Qualifications
Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or account support preferred
Confident phone communication skills
Organized, with the ability to follow call scripts and record outcomes
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools
Self-motivated and professional in tone and follow-through
