Job SummaryAs a Digital Producer, you will join the Creative Services team to produce a variety of video content using Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and our growing library of design assets. You will maintain template consistency and file quality for all wireframes and digital media. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency of information, file structure, and archiving. It is absolutely vital that our team maintains an iterative process, so you will likely be creating soft and hard copy proofs for multiple rounds of internal reviews. Finally, you will maintain accurate records of work performed and products generated utilizing internal job ticket and tracking systems.

This position's internal job code is Multi-Media Graphic Designer. Our team is currently hiring for levels 3-4.

Responsibilities

Produce a wide variety of video content utilizing Adobe CC and DaVinci Resolve

Design methodically within an iterative structure, clearly explaining your work from pre-production to delivery

Maintain corporate design assets, ensuring consistent quality and organization Minimum Qualifications

3 years of professional creative experience

Fully developed professional portfolio, please do not include school or personal projects

Experience collaborating and working with other designers

Must have professional experience in video production

Must have a professional technical understanding of the following software:

DaVinci Resolve

Adobe Creative Suite applications, particularly Premiere and AfterEffects

macOS environment

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Ability to work with detail, and to follow up and follow through with projects to completion

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, coworkers and our external vendors

5+ years of professional creative experience

Experience working with and growing social media accounts

Physical Demands of the Work Environment

Must be able to work with Video Production equipment. May require lifting and moving objects up to 40 lbs Summary Pay-Range

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 3: $81,600 - $120,000

Level 4: $98,600 - $145,000
