Sales Operations Analyst – Retail Channel (CPG)

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + bonus potential

Schedule: Hybrid – 37-hour workweek

This entry-level Sales Operations Analyst position supports the retail sales team for one of the most recognizable names in the automotive aftermarket. You’ll dive deep into POS data, support line reviews, and provide insights that impact national retailers like Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, Home Depot and Walgreens.

Analyze and report on POS sales data, retailer trends, and promotional results

Support line reviews and buyer meetings with data-driven presentations

Track gross-to-net trade spend and help optimize pricing strategies

Partner with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on goals and execution

Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to support decision-making

Prepare and deliver impactful decks using PowerPoint

Collaborate with the fleet manager and dispatching/routing teams on sales coordination

Provide insights using Excel (pivot tables, formulas), SAP, and Power BI (preferred)

Support trade shows and customer meetings (10–15% travel)What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business, Operations, Marketing and related

2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, or a customer-facing CPG environment

Prefer understanding of the retail and CPG landscape (experience with Walmart, Target, or similar customers is a plus)

Career interest in sales or sales strategy roles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills

Familiarity with POS data, syndicated data tools like IRI or NPD is a plus
