Qualifications:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
CCC or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
Attend and participate in IEP meetings and relevant team discussions
Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Manage a caseload within the K-12 environment, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
