Qualifications:

ISBE Approval as Sign Language Interpreter

EIPA score of 3.0 or higher for temporary approval

Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)

Strong interpersonal and munication skills

Experience working with students in educational settings

Ability to adapt to various classroom environments

Responsibilities:

Provide interpretation services for the student, enabling access to the curriculum

Collaborate with teaching staff to support the students educational needs

Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development as required
