Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely interpretation for students during classroom activities and events.

Facilitate munication between students and staff, ensuring that all parties are understood.

Remain updated on best practices and developments in sign language interpretation.

Assist in creating a weling atmosphere for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Collaborate with educators to adapt learning materials and strategies to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum EIPA score of 3.5.

Previous experience working in high school settings or with adolescent students is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain posed in dynamic situations.

A mitment to obtaining and maintaining liability insurance as required.
