Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
Construction management experience related to base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out and/or developer work. Experience with site construction.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in essential software applications, including MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Nitro), and project management platforms such as Procore or equivalent. What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)
Participate as an active member of a team of dynamic project managers in executing a complex, multi-phased program with challenging site conditions, elevated client expectations, and evolving project demands.
Work with and support the MGAC Director that has primary responsibility for construction oversite, design management, contract management and project communications.
Responsible for monitoring progress in the field, schedule analysis, and quality control.
Opportunity to build trust with and have direct interface with the construction team and client decision-makers.
Participate in high level meetings, including strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project.
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project.
Advocate on behalf of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications or change orders.
Participate in tracking and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial commitments, exposures and obligations.
Maintain relationships with the wider construction industry, trade associates, vendors, and professional organizations. Why work with us?

Salary advertised is a broad base and is dependent upon various factors such as experience, expertise, and location. This salary base does not include the full compensation package, which may include bonus, 401(k) up to 8% matching, and other benefits.
