Now Hiring: Human Traffic Cone (a.k.a. Flagger) – $20/HR + Bonuses

Location: Somewhere between “watch your step” and “slow down!” (a.k.a. roadwork zones across Maine)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Bonuses:

$500 Recurring Bonus (because you’re awesome)

$300 Referral Bonus (bring a friend, get paid)

What You’ll Be Doing

Wield a stop/slow paddle like a pro

Guide drivers safely through construction zones

Set up signs like a traffic ninja on utility sites

Keep your cool while keeping everyone safe

Follow safety rules like your life depends on it—because it kind of does

What We’re Looking For

You show up on time and ready to go (coffee optional but encouraged)

You can stand for long periods and don’t melt in the rain

You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a ride that gets you to work

You’re a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humor

What You’ll Get
