Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Site Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee daily operations at a high-profile pharmaceutical facility.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of site analytics, infrastructure planning, and operational execution—from preventive maintenance and repairs to capital project coordination.

Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring seamless coordination of maintenance, repairs, and project execution.

Conduct site analytics reviews and develop strategic plans to address infrastructure gaps in design and build.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and long-term site planning.

Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain operational excellence.

Act as the primary liaison between the facilities team and client stakeholders, including participation in high-level meetings and planning sessions.

Support scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking for on-site teams.

Prioritize and resolve operational issues with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to infrastructure planning.

Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
