Location: Huntersville, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17.00/ Hour

Schedule: 3rd- Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Dry Machine Operators for a manufacturing client in the textile industry. This is a full-time, hands-on role working with fiberglass materials. Please note that long sleeves are required due to the nature of the material.

We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment. Textile experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines following production specifications using fiberglass and other raw materials

Monitor production closely to ensure consistent quality

Detect and correct minor machine issues, report major malfunctions

Package finished goods and complete production documentation

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Communicate clearly during shift changes to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements:

Must have 4 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing

Textile industry experience is a plus

Comfortable working with fiberglass (must wear long sleeves)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Able to train on the 1st shift for a month or two is required

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Mechanical, electrical, or textile-related training is helpful

SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required
