Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed CNA caregiver to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Village Caregiving will sponsor and pay for caregivers to obtain their Home Health Aide endorsement.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

Current CNA license in Wyoming.

Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred.

Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check.
