Production Mold Operator

Location: Salisbury, NC

Shift: Any Shift Available

Pay Rate: $14/hour

WE Pay Weekly!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor molding machines

Ensure the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of molds

Inspect molded products for quality assurance

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and company procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Ability to work any shift and be flexible with hours

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team player with good communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
