We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Data Processors to join our exceptional team of professionals. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing data on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all filings are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal and state-level requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Process data and documentation on behalf of clients with a high degree of accuracy.

Carefully review client submissions for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.

Ensure all filings are completed correctly and submitted to the appropriate federal and state agencies.

Communicate effectively with clients to resolve processing issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate within a team environment while maintaining high individual performance standards.

Thrive in a fast-paced workflow with multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year of customer service or data processing experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.

Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to type 50+ WPM.

Data entry experience required.

Compensation:

Pay starts at $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Company Description
