This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and new graduates who have passed their boards.

A structured 3-month training program will be provided to help new grads confidently transition into independent practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CT imaging procedures with accuracy and attention to detailEnsure patient safety and comfort during examsCollaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for optimal care deliveryMaintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as neededDocument procedures and maintain patient records in the systemQualificationsCompletion of an accredited Radiologic Technology programPassed board exams; CT certification preferred but not requiredNew graduates welcome (3-month training provided)Strong communication and patient care skillsWillingness to be on-call for holidays (minimal)Available Shifts Night Shift #1: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Night Shift #2: Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (4x10s)Compensation & Benefits Salary: Based on experience (higher if CT certified) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over 4 years with a 4-year agreement) Relocation Support: Candidates open to relocating are welcome Benefits Package Includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceRetirement PlanAflac supplemental insuranceLife InsurancePet InsuranceAdditional Details Patient Load: ~20–30 per day Interview: Phone or virtual based on candidate location Urgent Hiring: Position needs to be filled ASAPAbout LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
