• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports and documents.

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflow.
• Exhibit proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry with high accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
• Be familiar with scanning and digitizing documents.
