• Manage email correspondence related to Data Entry Clerk duties and customer inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports and documents.
• Deliver outstanding customer service when addressing inquiries or requests.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance data entry processes and workflow.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry with high accuracy.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
• Be familiar with scanning and digitizing documents.
• Possess the ability to perform calculations and verify data for accuracy.
