As a Transactions Specialist III, in the Coppell/Personalization Print department at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for operating equipment to process statements and credit cards for Chase customers. Global Document Services is the corporation's primary print and card production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. At Chase, you will focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers. As a Transactions Specialist III, in the Coppell/Personalization Print department, work is creative, exciting, and different every day.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate document printing utilizing various state-of-the-art printers (i.e., Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, IBM) in a Roll to Roll and cut sheet environment

Utilize print queues efficiently to support production prioritization based on customer service level agreements

Monitor Videk camera technology diligently to observe printer output

Maintain a printer’s color consistency and output quality consistently at all times

Produce cards skillfully on Entrust 6100’s and 8100 devices

Provide supportive training and coaching to Specialist I’s & II’s, fostering a knowledgeable team environment

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and adapt to changes in work environment and procedures

Organize maintenance of a clean work area while prioritizing tasks based on client Service Level Agreements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Ability to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts

Capable of standing/walking for an 8 to 10 hours shift

Maintain Quality and Productivity standards

Adaptability to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operation procedures, and new technology

High school diploma or five years of production environment work history

Problem solving and analytical skills required, with ability to think independently

Demonstrates proficiency in adhering to detailed instructions and procedures with precision, ensuring minimal deviation from established guidelines and protocols

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various areas of the firm and levels of management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of experience running high-speed printers

Work Schedule:

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
