Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to operate and set up automated process equipment via computer interface. This role involves reading drawings and diagrams, performing inspections, and supporting other manufacturing duties. The ideal candidate is someone with a technical mindset who enjoys understanding how machines work, setting them up, and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up automated process equipment using a computer interface, including microscopes.

Read and interpret drawings and diagrams.

Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Support various manufacturing duties as required.

Troubleshoot and conduct basic setup of machinery.Essential Skills

Good computer skills.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while operating equipment.

Willingness to wear cleanroom garments and follow proper ESD protocol.

Technical mindset with at least 1 year of machine operating/manufacturing experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in cleanroom environments, semiconductor manufacturing, and process operation.

HS diploma or GED.

1-2 years of prior manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

Work in a microelectronic cleanroom manufacturing department with a controlled environment focused on deadlines and quality. The team consists of about 30 employees dedicated to maintaining high standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
