We are looking for a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter to join our remote team, providing interpreting services to K-12 students in Ohio. This role allows you to work from home, offering flexibility while contributing to the educational success of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.Position Details

Schedule: 3537.5 hours per week

Grade Levels: K12

Caseload: 4060 students

Service Delivery: Live video interpretation

General education classes

Special education services

IEP meetings

Extracurricular activitiesCore Responsibilities

Interpret spoken English into ASL and vice versa during virtual classes

Assist in the development and review of IEPs

Provide support during virtual extracurricular activities

Ensure clear munication between students and educators

Document services provided and maintain confidentialityRequired Qualifications

EIPA score of 3.5 or higher (required)

Ohio state certification as a Sign Language Interpreter

2 years of experience in educational interpreting

Proficiency in ASL

Experience with virtual learning platforms
