Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? Join our team as a Wire Assembly Technician, where your skills will help power high-quality products from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cut, strip, pull, and coil wires up to 15-16 feet in length.

attache connectors and insulators to wires with precision.

Kit wires for assembly and ensure all components are properly organized.

Follow strict ticket tracking - tickets must stay with raw components until used and discard only after QA.

Participate in end-of-day clean-up and workstation reset.

What You Need to Succeed:

Ability to follow detailed work instructions - always refer to the official log-in page, not word of mouth.

Comfort using Excel-based control plans alongside work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Willingness to ask questions to see clarity when needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
