We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Solon, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in configuring and integrating ERP systems to optimize business processes and supply chain operations. Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize ERP and CRM systems to align with business process requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems and platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Extensive experience in configuring and implementing ERP systems.

• Proficiency in SAP IBP and supply chain modules.
• Expertise in developing integrations using Web APIs.
