Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to support student goals

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions

Educate students and staff about physical therapy practices

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings regarding student care
