Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students in a dynamic K-12 environment located in Huntington Beach, CA. This full-time position involves working across 2-3 schools, providing essential therapeutic services that foster student development and learning.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Recent experience working in schools, particularly with K-12 students

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong munication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of special education processes and procedures

Location:

Huntington Beach, CA (with itinerant responsibilities across multiple schools)

Responsibilities:

Assess and provide therapeutic interventions for students requiring occupational therapy

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with education staff

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outes

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student development

Deliver services in accordance with state regulations and school policies
