Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead strategic initiatives within our Salesforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on Experience Cloud. This position blends technical leadership with hands-on development to create scalable solutions that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our architecture and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple organizational environments.

• Lead the transformation and enhancement of Experience Cloud functionalities, including labor exchange and resume builder.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.

• Write and maintain high-quality Apex code, components, and automation scripts to support Salesforce development.

• Establish and advocate for best practices in AI-driven development tools and methodologies.

• Define packaging strategies, release processes, and maintain version control using GitHub.

• Collaborate with offshore developers and provide mentorship to less experienced team members.

• Develop frameworks and processes to enhance delivery speed and improve overall quality.

• Contribute to team culture by influencing technical planning and development practices.• At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and platform architecture.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex programming, APIs, and Flow automation.

• Proven experience with GitHub and Salesforce packaging/versioning strategies.

• Familiarity with AI development tools and a focus on process optimization.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team environments.

• Ability to thrive in hybrid work settings and support team development culture.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred; architect-level certifications are a plus.
