Job Description: Litigation Associate (3rd–5th Year)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Litigation Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes and white-collar defense, in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, strategic thinker with a strong academic background and a passion for advocacy. Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

· 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably including:

o Complex commercial litigation

o White-collar investigations and defense

· Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

· Strong academic credentials from a top-tier, ABA-accredited law school

· Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

· Must be an active member of the California Bar

Compensation:

This position offers Cravath-scale compensation, including a top-of-market base salary and performance-based bonuses.
