Job Title: Systems Developer

HBITS Task Order: HBITS-06-14120

Agency: Office of Child & Family Services

Location: Onsite/Hybrid (Albany, NY)

Rate: Depends on experience

Position Overview:

Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative to develop a .NET-based Facility Application Management System. Work includes application design, coding, testing, and database development.

Responsibilities:

Develop ASP.NET MVC applications.

Perform analysis, design, and unit testing.

Write complex VB.NET code.

Create PL/SQL packages and procedures.

Collaborate with BA and technical leads.

Follow SDLC practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

7+ years in .NET web application development.

6+ years in PL/SQL development.

5+ years using MVC design pattern.

3+ years with C# and SQL Server.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
