Requirements to Excel
Education & Experience:
A BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines is required.
More than a year of practical experience in the field of Automation & Controls Engineering or its equivalents is essential.
Core Skills:
Expertise in PLC programming, process tools, utilizing Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, and more.
Astute problem solver skilled in diagnosing intricate system issues.
An in-depth understanding of manufacturing execution standards is critical.
Ability to execute real-time data acquisition and analysis effectively.
Clarity in communication and sharp written skills are crucial for success.
Capability to influence stakeholders through detailed data and analysis.
Be ready to engage directly in hands-on work and travel as necessary (up to 10%).
Work Environment
Balances between office settings and manufacturing floors, you must consistently employ safety measures and possibly wear protective gear. Being able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate through various physical tasks is essential. Salaried Exempt.
