What You’ll Do:

Deliver a top-notch experience for every customer, every time.

Advise homeowners on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with confidence and care.

Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance like a pro.

Identify and recommend air quality and home comfort solutions.

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace.

Keep your team vehicle tidy and road-ready (we take pride in our ride!).

Work in all kinds of places—attics, crawl spaces, closets—you name it.

Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.

Document your work with precision and accuracy.

Mentor newer techs with patience and support when needed.

Who You Are:

An experienced HVAC tech with at least 5 years HVAC experience

Solid troubleshooting skills, with extensive knowledge of heat pumps, oil furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and other HVAC systems

Excellent customer service skills

Comfortable working in a variety of residential environments and all types of weather

Able to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs

Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship

A team player who values respect, honesty, and a little fun along the way

Licensed and EPA-certified (or on your way to being)
