Job Description
Desktop / Helpdesk Analyst
Position Summary:
Provide exceptional customer support services via phone, walk-up, or support request ticket(s).
Actively monitor, action, update, and close Fresh Service support tickets within pre-defined SLA’s.
Perform onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors.
Image Desktops and Laptops to prepare for deployment to end-users.
Assist with managing, maintaining, and tracking corporate assets – Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, iPads, etc.
Actively monitor the Anti-Virus Portal and action alerts
Perform Active Directory management tasks
Perform O365 Management tasks
Other Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist with Jamf Mobile Device Management activities.
Assist with VoIP Phone service activities.
Shipping / Receiving Hardware to/from branch locations.
Execute on assigned project task(s) and provide timely updates.
