The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who is passionate about food and service. Comfortable in a fine dining environment and determined to provide guests with an excellent experience.
The Restaurant Manager should have the experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant work.
Guest experience is our highest priority. Our team must ensure that all service staff are able to guide each guest through their time with us and create curated experiences thru service, knowledge, and character.
Requirements and Skills:
Ensure excellent service is provided for all guests at all time
Know how to hire and train employees to work under them and have the ability to foster the education of FOH staff and BOH
Skills such as supervisory tact and communication help to create a strong management-employee bond and help
with employee retention, so at least two years of experience managing others in a supervisory or management role
should give a potential hire a strong advantage
Excellent verbal & written communication
At least year management experience in hospitality
Full availability - days, nights, weekends, holidays
Help employees meet high standards of service and safety.
Understanding of Microsoft Office operations (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must understand how to work Toast & Open Table platforms and trouble shoot
Ensure DOL and Department of Health compliance
Food, wine, and spirits full knowledge
Training in food safety and have a Health Department Licenses
Ability to keep inventory organized
