Job Description
The Pricing Associate will work with the Pricing Manager, Sales team, and other inside pricing staff in interacting with customers to generate sales, process quotes, sales orders and/or invoices as well as respond to product requests. The Pricing Associate will help the business set competitive pricing to achieve revenue goals and gain market share.
Responsibilities:
Process credits for customers for any corrections needed
Work alongside Pricing Manager to consolidate bid documents and specifications for submittal
Understand the primary target business and how to meet deadlines with accuracy and quickness in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for accurate and timely execution of quotes and sales orders or related documents
Assist with achieving monthly/annual sales goals within the company as a sales team
Understand product and market specifications
Assist and backup outside sales to meet the needs of current and future customers
Work with mathematical data and item drawings to understand square footage and prices per square feet
Deal directly with outside sales team and customers by telephone or electronically
Assist finance with invoicing as needed
Continuously provide quick turnaround of order entry to meet 24-48 hour shipping deadlines
Other duties as assigned by management

Proficient in relevant computer software: MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel Microsoft Dynamics 365 (sales/CRM)
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, use hands/fingers, stand, reach, walk, bend, sit, squat, kneel, and ability to successfully perform all job functions throughout the shift
