We are seeking a dedicated Lead Program Manager to join our Community Living team and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple ISL (Individualized Supported Living) residential sites. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between the Director of Community Living and Program Managers, ensuring the consistent delivery of person-centered, high-quality services that prioritize safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations across multiple ISL sites, ensuring alignment with agency goals and regulatory standards.

Onboard, mentor, and support Program Managers, Lead DSPs, and DSPs.

Support the development and implementation of individual support plans and personal goals.

Maintain compliance with all documentation, medical, and safety standards.

Provide direct client support during crises or staffing shortages.

Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.

Manage timecard approvals and assist with payroll accuracy.

Lead the opening and management of new ISL locations across Missouri.

Foster strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, guardians, staff, and external partners.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Nursing, HR, ABA, Quality, and Day Services.

Ensure all services reflect person-centered values and uphold client rights and independence.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the IDD field.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a relevant setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (preferred but not required).

Proven leadership ability and a strong commitment to person-centered support.

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.

Ability to lift 150+ lbs using proper techniques and/or mechanical lifts.

Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles.

Must maintain required certifications: CPR/First Aid, CPI, L1MA, HIPAA, and Abuse/Neglect training.
