CNC Set-Up (Lathe or Mills)

POSITION –CNC Machinist

JOB LOCATION –Pewaukee, WI

STARTING DATE –Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM –Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE –Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –2ndShift (3pm-1am, Monday-Thursday)

STARTING PAY –Depends on Experience, $24-$30 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION –High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –At least 3-5 years of experience, setup experience is required

Responsibilities

-Set up and operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on various work pieces

-Machining a variety of materials compliant with the engineered drawings

-Communicate changes accurately & effectively

-Ability to set up complicated machined parts

-Ability to maintain schedules to maximize workflow

Qualifications

-3-5 years of related experience

-Must have set-up Experience with Lathe and Mills machines

-Must General knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, machine operation and tooling
