We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. This role is responsible for driving sales and managing key customer accounts within a designated geographic area or product line.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth by hitting targets, minimizing inventory, and identifying new market opportunities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that maximize margins and align with customer and market demands

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and key stakeholders

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform decisions and uncover growth potential

Ensure smooth operations by supporting credit standards, optimizing logistics, and improving delivery performance

Gain hands-on experience through sales office rotations and actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives

What You Offer

2–5 years of sales experience in a related industry

Solid understanding of the North American lumber market

Post-secondary education required, with strong Excel skills

Ability to travel in both US and Canada for customer visits or trade shows

Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation to deliver high-quality results

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in-office 5 days per week
