Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and manage a variety of property and client information. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and possess strong attention to detail. You will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our real estate services by maintaining data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update property data into company databases and platforms

Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness

Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with internal procedures

Generate data reports as needed by management

Coordinate with other departments to gather or clarify information

Perform regular data audits and assist with data clean-up projects

Ensure confidentiality and security of all records and sensitive data Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or real estate data systems is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Exceptional typing speed and accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision
