About the Role:

As a Machine Operator I, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining various types of machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets. You will be expected to monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and implement improvements. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the overall productivity and success of the manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specific machinery relevant to the manufacturing process.

Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to production specifications.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.

Document production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered during operation.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related problems.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
