Our Sales and Marketing Department needs a Sales Associate! If you're looking for a unique opportunity, with a unique company that provides a unique product, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Junior Sales Associate at Progen Industries, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within the company. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM management, and the power generation industry.

This is an on-site position based at our Mulberry corporate office and requires daily in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication.

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes.

• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the power generation industry.

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge or experience in the power generation industry is a plus, but not required.
