Sr/Principal Engineer Ground Systems (Space/Satellite Systems)

Seeking experienced Ground System Engineers - Product Owners for a role involving defining system capabilities, managing product backlogs, and delivering solutions.

Develop and communicate product goals, prioritize backlog items, and manage cost and schedule reports.

Serve as the ‘voice of the customer,’ ensuring solutions meet needs and realistic delivery expectations.

Proficient in Jira and Agile/SAFe frameworks; experience with DoD Satcom Ground Systems is preferred.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Aerospace Engineering, with 5+ years (Principal) or 9+ years (Senior Principal) experience.

Secret clearance and Top Secret/SCI eligibility required; certifications like SAFe Product Owner/Manager and PMP are a plus.

Relocation assistance may be available; travel is approximately 10%. Salary ranges from $100,300 to $187,300 depending on experience.
