Audio Visual Technician with VTC Experience - Security Clearance

Seeking an Audio/Visual Technician with VTC experience in Colorado Springs, CO, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Must hold an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Install, operate, and maintain video conferencing systems supporting Missile Defense Agency events, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.

Provide event planning, configuration documentation, and support within secure facilities.

Maintain hardware/software (TelePresence, CODEC, AV peripherals), manage incident tracking, and ensure compliance with IA guidance.

Coordinate future system integrations, manage COMSEC materials, and ensure secure VTC operations.

Prepare certification documentation, stay current with technology, and recommend system upgrades.

Requirements include 3+ years AV experience, knowledge of VTC protocols, AV concepts, TEMPEST standards, and network configurations. Certifications (CEDIA, CTS) are a plus.

Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, and troubleshooting equipment required.
