Staff RN - Observation Unit 1, (part time days) Grant Medical Center

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care in diverse, acute settings, ensuring adherence to Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with delegation to LPNs and UAPs.

Key duties involve performing health assessments (30%), developing care plans (30%), evaluating responses (20%), participating in process improvements (10%), and operational tasks (10%).

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree (BSN required within 5 years), Ohio RN license, and BLS certification.

The role is scheduled for day shifts on a 24/7/365 observation unit, with 24 weekly hours.
