RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to lead our facility by overseeing daily patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include supervising quality assurance, infection control, and coordinating physician orders.

Conducts regular patient rounds to assess residents and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications include an active RN license, with at least two years of nursing experience and one year in a supervisory role, preferably in long-term or geriatric care.

Strong organizational, planning, and personnel management skills are required.
