Principal Systems Engineer

Seeking a Systems Engineer for an onsite role in McKinney, TX, supporting Air and Missile Defense programs.

Requires U.S. citizenship and active Secret security clearance (transferable).

Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Air & Missile Defense systems.

Responsibilities include developing requirements, maintaining Interface Description Documents, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key domains: radar, sensors, C2 systems, and interoperability.

Preferred: advanced degrees, experience with IBCS, DOORS, modeling, and data analysis.

Salary range: $101K-$203K, with benefits and potential incentive programs.
