Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a 36-week CFY training program.

Provides direct speech therapy rehab services, collaborates with patients and teams, and maintains documentation.

Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, licensed in the state, and CPR certification.

Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.

Responsibilities include goal setting, overseeing CFYs (if CCCs), following treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, professionalism, and dependable attendance are essential.

Participates in community health initiatives and maintains confidentiality.
